The Greenspan Floortime® Intermediate Provider Certificate is designed for clinicians and educators who have completed foundational (Level 100) training and assessments and are ready to demonstrate applied clinical skill in Greenspan Floortime®. Through conceptual discussion groups and video submissions and expert review, you’ll receive personalized feedback that sharpens your ability to follow a child’s lead, expand circles of communication, and support the functional emotional developmental capacities Dr. Greenspan defined.

What You’ll Demonstrate
The Intermediate certification process is competency-based. Rather than a written exam, you submit real Floortime session videos and receive line-by-line feedback from a credentialed Greenspan Floortime® reviewer on:
- Reading and responding to a child’s individual sensory-motor profile
- Following the child’s lead while gently expanding play
- Opening and closing circles of communication
- Supporting the six functional emotional developmental capacities (FEDMs)
- Coaching caregivers to sustain these interactions at home
The 2 Levels

| Level 201 | Greenspan Floortime® Intermediate: Provider | Full Intermediate Provider certificate awarded after completing the required additional review cycles and demonstrating consistent clinical competency. |
Prerequisites
- Completion of Level 101 Greenspan Floortime® Foundations (or approved equivalent)
- Active clinical or educational work with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental differences
- Ability to record and submit Floortime session video with appropriate family consent
How the Assessment Works (5 Steps)
Learn more about the Level 200/201 Assessment…
1. Enroll and receive your video submission portal access.
2. Record a Greenspan Floortime session (typically 5–10 minutes) with signed caregiver consent.
3. Submit your video with a self analysis/self reflection form.
4. Receive detailed written and/or audio feedback from a Greenspan Floortime® reviewer.
5. Complete additional cycles as needed to progress from Level 200 (Provisional) to Level 201 (Full).
