Floortime for Older Children and Adults 
As more and more individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders are reaching adolescence and adulthood, it is vital to help them mobilize their development just as we may have done when they were children. This workshop discusses adolescents and adults at different levels of functioning and demonstrates and describes the best ways to advance their development. The workshop includes video examples. (5.5 hrs.)

Instructions for obtaining ASHA CEUs are on the Floortime for Older Children and Adults  Workshop Video screen page. One of the requirements for earning ASHA CEUs is passing the Mastery Test, which is also available on the video screen page. Although the test is weighted more towards speech and language issues, all participants in the workshop are welcome to take it. It is free.

The items on the right side are handouts and links to references to the Developmental Stages, Floortime Principles, and a Glossary. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the content of the handouts before you watch the videos. 
 
Also on the right side, you will find a link to the Evaluation Form. We hope you will complete this form to help us learn how to improve the Workshop. The evaluation form will contain a link to your Certificate of Participation. If you need to document the length of the workshop, you will need this certificate.
